well visit to see daughter and grand daughter was great, but a bit of a disaster for the diet.
Still onto next week, got to be good on the christmas meal day though.
118.2 kg Lost so far: 23.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
