Kidney and bacon Pilaf with cauliflower rice then Sugar free Jelly with rasberries and cream, for dinner tonight. 691 cals. and stayed well under 20g carbs today, about 17g carbs for the day.
69.6 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
