I'd recommend you check out IIFYM/if it fits your macros. Also have a look at reddit.com/r/fitness and read the FAQ.

Making big changes to your diet can be very difficult to maintain. start with one thing at a time e.g. cutting out sugary drinks.

If staying within your calories isn't working, then unfortunately it means you are eating maintenance, and need to reduce your calories. It's tough, I know. Reducing carbs can indeed be a good way to do this, but I found that replacing carbs with extra veg really helped me to not feel hungry, so I could carry on with that for a long time. Also, don't fret about your weight not dropping every day. By all means weigh every day if it helps you, but only look at how much you've lost over a month. You should see a difference over that time. Good luck, and definitely don't give up!

Thanks guys! I will give it a go, I've been trying to cut cola completely as my first step and drink more water and apple juice. I used to also not have anything for breakfast so I'm trying to make myself have at least one food item, like a yoghurt or a piece of fruit in the morning xx

Be careful with juice too! Apple juice can have even more calories than cola! But you could dilute it with water, that would help.

A plateau can happen as your body is adjusting to lower weight. Do not get discouraged. Drink plenty of water, do some sort of movement every day, stay the course, and it will be okay.

More exercise. Get a bike and work your way up to 3 rides for a total of 60 miles per week.😘

Don't get disheartened, it happens to all of us, keep doing the right things and the weight will start to go again.
