I'm going to switch up to fasting 18:6 as 16:8 is so easy. I'm also increasing net carbs to between 20 and 25 a day and trying to increase calories to 1200 minimum average for the week.
105.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 37.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
