Back from a lovely 4-week holiday in the UK and Vietnam, and been eating everything I fancied, so not surprisingly I feel like I've gone up a size, and haven't been this heavy since March 2017. I'm 9lbs above goal, but hey, yesterday it was 10lbs, so already trending in the right direction! Got some catching up to do on FS, but probably not today. Will also post a few photos in due course. Hope everyone is doing well.
