You need to do what’s right for you and what makes you feel better about yourself I should have explained it better and said you look great which ever way. So are you now eating to bulk or cut or a bit of both? x

@Paul I'm at the point where I'm aiming to maintain and just stay healthy. I've lost about 8-10 inches since August and built on my definition. My aim is to stay toned :)

@Paul just compared measurements... between 28th August and 6th December I lost 10.6inches off of my bicep, waist, belly button, hips and thigh
