So exam week started and it made me so stressed and anxious and I started eating like a pig again. I got up to 143 lbs and once I realised that I’d put on almost half a stone!!! I stopped straight away and got back into my routine because I’m not letting this stop me in my tracks like it did the last time. So now I’m ready to carry on and hopefully I’ll be at my lowest weight soon enough. Ugh
63.6 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
