Am not well at all, so losing weight will be harder with a chest that sounds like radio static, I have had to go on my emergency pack. This involves taking 30mg prednisolone for at least 5 days and 100 mg of doxycycline for 7. Those steroids will make my appetite capricious. Never mind, clearing the chest is most important and not feeling half dead. So my foods will not be very healthy looking, for instance I treated myself to a bacon sandwich awwwww!

Now back to the weight I got to on my vlcd, after which I ate things I shouldn't. Hoping it isn't' a fluke as I have to go on my scales multiple times to get the nearest 3 times to be sure it is right. I am hungry lol.
