A vegan cabbage stew.
Ingredients
Directions
- Chop and slice all vegetables.
- Add oil to the pan.
- Sweat all vegetables in the pan adding first onion, then cabbage and carrots.
- Once softened, add tomato paste and two cups boiling water and leave to simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
- When cabbage is soft, take off the heat and add mashed garlic.
- Leave to cool for 10 minutes then enjoy.
