Directions
- In a hot pan cook your onions, garlic, pepper until softened.
- Add minced turkey and cook until no longer pink.
- Add tomato paste, broth and chilli powder.
- Stir to combine and add chopped courgettes.
- Bring down to lower heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
