You'd been doing so well too! I guess the difficulty is hitting the calorie/carb needs while not eating junk. All the best

Cheers Phooka. I do struggle sometimes with clean-ish eating on many days. The hardest part is trying to eat/cram another meal in, when you're not hungry. Hopefully, the weight loss is mainly water, so not too bad I'm guessing.

Strange how people differ isn't it? I struggle to NOT cram extra in at times. Take care, Nilz - I'm sure we'll both get there in the end :)
