I haven’t lost weight for 2 days it’s driving me insane

weight fluctuates too much over short periods of time, you should weigh in weekly

I know, it just makes me more comfortable to know how much I weigh daily, you know? And yeah I hope so!

It's very hard to resist weighing daily on a journey I know 💜 There's just so many factors that can change your weight, don't worry, it'll soon change again!
