I am staying pretty steady these days, every Tuesday I weigh a little more though, as I have a takeaway with my partner on a Monday, he thinks I don't eat enough and tries to pile it on ... would be rude not to eat it haha. I pretty much eat clean throughout the rest of the week, so once a week is not going to do me any harm. I am enjoying my WOE so much, so glad I turned myself round and started to care for myself and respect my bodies needs and wants instead of my heads needs and wants. I have now been low carb for 6 years, time flies when you are having fun! I have been Keto for about 3 years and that is when I saw my weight drop off, I occasionally do intermittent fasting, but only if I am feeling a bit bleurgh in myself, it helps to clean my system through. I don't log what I eat anymore, as I am confident in what I am doing, but like to keep popping on here to record my weight occasionally, to have a visual of my journey.
