Feeling rough today. Bloated, nauseous, dizzy and light headed. Not a happy bunny

I understand how you must feel. Had back pains and felt very fatigue had some pain killer. No workout but managed to binge on pizza! Stayed under my calorie intake though! Hope tomorrow is a better day for you and me.

So turns out I have a high temperature and slightly elevated blood pressure (not excessively high). Blood sugar perfect but swollen glands so definitely fighting something. Paracetamol and lots of water for me!
