So over a period of about a month I’ve managed to lose a stone! I’m very pleased about this but my weight loss seems to have stunted at 15.8 stone.
I gym every week day and do 6hr 30 minutes of cardio a week and strength train only 2 days a week.

I have a low carb, low fat and high protein diet I just don’t understand why things have started to stop!
I’m going on holiday July 18th and I’m absolutely desperate to lose weight, I have a large belly and large belly pouch (if you know what I mean).

I have seen some visible results on my legs but I feel like my stomach hasn’t gone anywhere!

Any help would be appreciated, thank you ☺️

Phoebe, I too stalled after losing 3 kg. The staff at the gym told me i wasn't eating enough and my body was in starvation mode. If you can be bothered look at my diet calendar and you'll see I increased food and started losing again. Give it a go for 2 weeks, what have you got to lose?
