I've eaten today - for the first time since Friday. I had a mixed grill from 'The Meat Man' well most of it. For £5 I got 2 sausages, 2 pieces of steak, 1 large chicken breast, 1 pork chop and 1 piece bacon/gammon - and it was really nice meat too.

I can understand why people drop off in winter, it's much harder to give up nice comfort foods - especially stodgy ones.

How much weight are you willing to put on over the Christmas period? I'm going to try for 2 at the very most - and to do that I need to lose at least 2 kilos before Xmas - looks like I'm fasting again this week. I have found that eating 2-3 days a week is good for me, I don't lose much weight but I feel so much better.

I could do with making some keto sweets - we're going to hubby's ex-wife's twice over Xmas and her partner is a wonderful cook - and will make lots of sweet things.

I'm not too worried about how much weight I put on over a Christmas - I will lose it again once it's over. I'll be entertaining quite a bit, so cooking some lovely meals will be unavoidable. I'll just go with the flow.

I expect to put on about a kilo but not too worried about it, like Doobrie. We're doing a bit of entertaining between the 23rd and 27th and eating out on Christmas Eve (65th Birthday). I might even have some cheese and a small piece of Christmas Pudding on Christmas Day. Minitata I don't know how you can eat only 2/3 days a week but if it works for you what can I say?
