Every time I have woken up in the last week I have been determined to eat well and little.
Something I did a couple of weeks back, however my resolve seems to evaporate by about 11 am after I've been up about 6 hours.
I have just eaten a sub-roll with cheese and salad and a bag of crisps. ie my lunch, after eating a bowl of cereal, not 2 hours ago!
I think I know my problem (I'm a pig with food)

Plan ahead. don't keep naughty food at home, take packed lunches, choose the better option when eating out, input calories before you eat them then ask yourself if that's too many calories. Don't go for long periods of time without eating, you'll crave the stodgy stuff more.
