Still creeping down, but I have started swimming twice a week and occasionally going to the gym, so that may be the culprit. I still eat well and sticking 100% to my WOE, so happy that I am nutritionally healthy. My work involves a lot of walking, bending and stretching, so I do burn quite a bit in a week. Just a shame I lost my Fitbit, as I would love to know my steps each day, I have bought a couple of cheap replacements, but they are not worth the money tbh, so another Fitbit it will have to be, but one with a buckle strap this time!

I do mean to come on here each day, but life has a habit of getting in the way, see how I do over the next couple days.
