Yay got my iPad back at last from the repairers, was like loosing a limb!!

So I am still losing a little weight, although not much, but I am back moving after my Sciatica, I never want that again, pain was unbelievable. I had an Osteopath sort me out in the end, was almost instant relief, I have been out walking every day too, to help strengthen the muscles in my back and keep everything loose.

Hopefully I will now settle weight wise, as I am able to stand and cook now, my poor mother has suffered too, as I couldn't cook a decent meal for her either, so she has been having ready meals. Anyway, all is good and looking forward to the next stage of life's journey.
57.6 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Great news on the recovery.. glad you are getting back to normal life.. I've been there with back pain.. feels great to be able to do simple things like wAlk and stand up long enough to cook and be able to stand to clear up afterwards 😉
