3 pics. Went from 15st 2lb to 13st 4lb in 14 weeks. Could have gone harder but this time is for the beach .. not a competition. To recap.. it was approx 240g protein, 200g carbs, and 35-45g fats per day.. around 2200 cal per day.

Wowee, well done big guy, scaring the crap outta me just thinking about how much work you have put in to get this far...you are seriously well disciplined...

Aww thanks misterbee. I must admit it's a passion of mine .. the gym NOT the diet lol. I used to compete ( last one was 25 years ago!) and now I'm 54 years old I gotta say " it don't get no easier!" Haha. I do love the challenge though. Thanks very much for the compliment.. it really helps when you're a bit low and tired. Best wishes & best of luck to you my friend. 👍
