I'm eating okay but going to my friends house. she's cooked brownies. it will be the first cake I've had in three weeks. not bad considering I use to eat about 3 cakes and day!!!!
58.4 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
