Lorneylorna's Journal, 10 May 17

Still losing, but it has slowed down a touch, I did over eat at Nandos Monday, that may have helped.. oops! I think that I just need to let things take their natural course, I only eat when hungry, I do have a good appetite and love cooking, so I am getting a good variety and decent volume of healthy fresh foods.

I use my power plate most days for exercise, but also try to fit in a walk if not working. I am now up to 10 half press ups, although my technique needs working on, so hope to stop the old bingo wings with that.

Today is very busy, I have several dishes to cook for the freezer and taking my mother to the garden centre as well as doing her laundry, so enjoying this 5 minutes relaxation before I get going.

Just to reassure you, I work at nandos and EVERYTHING is grilled 💁🏼😉 and it's the 'healthiest' eat out/takeaway food you can eat (apart from a single Mcdonads burger) Don't ever feel guilty for having Nandos...it's the Best! 😁

Haha that is good, chicken is my all time favourite meat. I ate four thighs, so was a little piggy and suffered a stretched stomach, which was uncomfortable but worth every mouthful 😂😂
