That's more like it! It took a little while for that to come off. I don't think i will make my short term goal to get to 150 pounds by the first of May. Although I have increased my exercise activities now Mishka can do 30 minutes walks, so things are on the up, or should i say down lol
68.6 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
