Oops a small gain is the price I pay for a week of hotel life!! But a great time had in Scotland so back on the treadmill this week I think.
55 kg Lost so far: 13 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

sometimes the increased holiday eating results in more food moving through the digestive tract and consequently this weighs more in the body

Tried to make good choices and keep to my limits but not always easy. However next week is going to be a huge test as we are on a work training course of 5 days in a hotel and probably mainly sitting around in conferences. I'm hoping to get to use the hotel gym at night and walk round the grounds in the day weather permitting. The problem with this kind of course are the amounts of pastries and snacks they have on offer all through the day. I hope they have some fruit options and herbal teas. It will be the greatest test of will power since I started on this journey 2 years ago.

Meh - it could be if you let it be - but why not just take some sugar free boiled sweets and pop one in your mouth as you head out into all those biscuit and pastry laden breaks then oh dear, you can't possibly eat any of them.. (or after the coffee because come on you're never going to get through a week of seminars without caffeine ;-) )

lol - or maybe the caffeine comment is all about me - I can't even get through a normal week without a lot of coffee

I think I would take some apples along to have something to munch on when the pastries appear! Good luck!
