So having survived yet another Christmas with minimal damage to the weight I have decided to set myself a new weight goal, only because I have been there for most of the time and Christmas has seen a rise to my original goal weight of 57kg. So my new goal will be 53kg and then back on the maintenance regime. I am hoping to achieve this in the space of 3-6 weeks.

I am pleased to say that the diabetes is still beaten, with all bloods being normal, so as long as I continue maintaining a sensible weight and keep up the exercise, of which a weighted hula hoop has been an interesting addition to the yoga and treadmill, on the days when I cannot get out and about on a good long walk, I should hopefully be given the all clear at my next check up in May.

So Onwards and upwards and hopefully a year of health and fitness ahead.
