Not possible now to track meals all the time, but that's good as I have to be even more mindful of what I am eating. Exercise is tricky too when stuck in the office for long shifts, but I make up for it when I get home, and of course on cleaning days when we spend nearly 3 hours cleaning the shower facilities on site. Weight remaining on even keel so far.
Diabetic check up coming up in 3 weeks, so hope that I am still keeping on an even keel there too....we shall see.
57 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
