Wow!! Work had me off in Thailand for the last ... wow 4 weeks. Time has flown.
No idea how much i am weighing in at at the moment. I'm terrified to go and look
lol.

That being said, as jet lagged as i am feeling, I have gone right back to gym and classes.

I'll weigh in this weekend once i am settled and back into the flow of things.
